The following stretches are great for you do after a workout or just to kickstart your day or wrap up your evening.
You can do each one twice for 10-20 seconds. Where you have to do one side at a time, make sure to do 2 sets on each side so 4 in total.
Too often we neglect to work on flexibility and mobility because we want a beach body that looks good and nothing else.
This is a mistake. We need a body that is functionally strong for everyday life and healthy ageing.
