Here is a great video with exercises to work your upper body – shoulders, upper back, biceps, chest and triceps. Triceps are called the “bye bye” muscles in Portugal by the way as they can get a little flabby at the back of the top part of the arms. They are also known as bingo wings in Ireland and England. Hope that has made you giggle!
Here’s how to give them a good workout along with the other aforementioned areas.
There are 2 different push up exercises depending on your level.
Beginners can do all exercises for 2 sets of 10. Intermediate trainers could do all exercises for 3 sets of 10-15 and advanced trainers could all of them for 4 sets of 15-20.
