Some useless but fun trivia for you now.
I get to work with lots of people from different nationalities here in Brussels which I love.
The exercises you will see today are for your core (mid section) which includes your lower back.
The french call your abs a “tablette de chocolat”, ironically named after something not so healthy just like we say six pack. The Italians call the six pack, “tartaruga” which means tortoise.
Anyway, I digress.
Here are some crackers to work that area of the body. Beginners again pick 4-5 exercises and do 2 sets of 10. Intermediate trainers could do all exercises for 3 sets of 10-15 and advanced trainers could all of them for 4 sets of 15-20.
