Here’s some easy legs exercises you can do as part of a home workout.
Whether you’re looking to get rid of some stubborn fat or become more dynamic for a specific sport these can help.
Beginers should start slow by picking only 4 or 5 exercises and doing two sets of 10.
Intermediate exercisers could do 3 by 10-15 and add a little weight if they have some weights at home.
For advanced trainers you could do 4 by 15-20 which would mean light weights and make it in to a bit more of a sweaty and endurance based session.
