Michelle Gielan’s research proved people who watch a 3-minute positive news clip versus a general news clip were 88% more likely to report a pleasant day later that same day.

Get some positivity into those early moments – put on your favourite tune for example…

Another tip is to stop giving yourself so many decisions to make e.g. what to wear.

If you aren’t 100% happy with your tried and tested morning routine, it’s time to question some assumptions we’re making.

Like whether an ALARMING ALARM is the best way to wake, whether coffee is best to be consumed first thing etc.
