This means they are actions we take to improve our overall wellbeing.
The beauty of them is that if you can implement them for at least two weeks and see the benefits then there is a good chance you will keep them going meaning they turn into habits.
You burn about 100 calories after 30-minutes of washing the car.
Imagine how many extra calories you burn over a year by getting out of the metro earlier to walk a bit or committing to taking the stairs up to your office in the morning?
