I may have duped you with the title of this broadcast

 

It should probably read boozing moderately and still losing

 

Not quite as exciting I know

 

We need to talk about it however

 

Alcohol is full of empty calories and results in poor nutrition

 

We generally eat poorly the night of a drinking session

 

And most often the day after too

 

More importantly we know a drink or two can be fun

 

Being drunk or dealing with a drunk person is the opposite
