Overcoming regret tip 3 – cross it off!

Don’t give me that one

 

On Wednesday we should have put our regrets down on a piece of paper

 

This evening we take a quiet 5-10 minutes again

 

Go through the list taking 30 seconds on each regret

 

To reflect on lessons learned and how you are different now

 

Then draw a line through the regret

 

We can now behave more confidently and wisely moving forward

 

Throw away or destroy the list

 

Accept and forgive ourselves for being imperfect in the past

 

And move on trying to be better than before
