Remind yourself that this is exactly what they are

 

 

Just distorted thoughts and not realities

 

 

A nice way to bring yourself back to what needs to be done

 

 

Is to tell regretful thoughts of the past or fearful thoughts of the future

 

 

“Not Right Now”

 

 

Then bring your focus back to whatever it is you want to be doing in the current moment
