A brilliant app for helping to manage our thought process in a better, calmer way.

Encourages us to take 10-20 minutes out of our day and with a soft focus concentrate on our breathing, loved ones and getting ourselves in the right frame of mind for the day ahead.

My girlfriend encouraged me to try out this app. I have benefited hugely from it and really enjoy taking time from my day to just sit, breath and meditate. It’s particularly refreshing to do outside on a nice day!

I have spent 2,900 minutes (over 2 days in total) practicing mindfulness with this app over the last 9 months. It has helped me live and appreciate more the present moment we are in. It can also help people recognize and avoid getting caught up in negative emotions.
