Erin Motz’s YouTube Channel takes you through a 10-20 minute daily yoga programme. Each day concentrates on a specific muscle group and helps you develop a range of stretches you can and will return to.
An old flat mate of mine encouraged me to give this a go and I don’t regret it. We had good fun attempting the sessions together. Erin teaches good breathing and posture throughout. Her hamstring specific stretching video was really helpful for me.
It provides a good introduction to Yoga from which you can decide whether to pursue it further. Who doesn’t have 10 minutes a day to try something new?
